I created this pretty necklace from four shaped beads which I made from translucent polymer clay blended with ice opals for a deep shimmer and dichroic film for extra sparkle, then finished with jeweller's grade resin for a deep shine and to bring out the colours and sparkle. The opals and dichroic film shine through the translucent clay giving a lovely effect that is difficult to capture in a photograph.

I added silvery blue glass beads and a silver plated chain and lobster clasp to complete the necklace

Polymer clay is very light which makes this necklace light and easy to wear.

The necklace measures 3 1/2 inches wide, the 2 largest shaped beads are 1.5 inches x 3/4 inch, and the smaller shaped beads are 1 inches x 1/2 inch. The necklace length is 18 inches. The chain length can be altered, just leave me a message with the required length.
