Digital painting, created on a iPad using a painting program and a stylus. It was painted completely from scratch using just simulated brush strokes, no photo manipluation of any kind.

I find it stretches me as an artist to paint in different mediums, and digital is just another medium. It uses many of the same techniques as traditional painting and can produce works of great beauty which are just as original as those painted with traditional media. In this case I was concentrating on capturing the light shining through the leaves turning wonderful autumn shades.
